      Throwing you in deep sea without teaching how to swim and without a life jacket probably will lead to your body reach the shore in dead state or in very rare cases you will reach the shore as one in million brilliant swimmers... Nothing else

      -Worst of the worst travel policy -Worst onsite and accomodation policies -Worst set OF founders and HR -Worst work life balance -Fully fledged Lala/Baniya Company -Poor people management -No reward -Improper training -Lack of structure -Negative outlook of management -Company is not growing -High attrition rate

      The only good thing they do for the employees is the peer group that they recruit

      Cons

      After recruiting they screw the happiness of everyone literally. No professionalism, no work ethics, no integrity. Its a professionally run lala company. If there was a rating below 0, I would rate this company a below 0 rating.
