Pros

Nice colleagues, trainings, canteen with budget prices, gym

Cons

The company works in silos, the management has no experience and vision and that led to losing some big customers and 40 colleagues. Temp contract aren't renewed and there's a despotic atmosphere especially coming from HR. If you're evaluating joining the company, please do not accept any job from them. all promises will be broken unless you're part of the "Breda Elite".

Pros

The vitality program: You get 1 hour/week paid personal trainer and you have access to the company gym. the canteen/bar: Daily prepared food (warm sandwich, salads and soup) that you can buy for 3/4€ nice colleagues.

Cons

Nobody has decisional power and the one in the decisional position doesn't dare to take a decision. There's no long term strategy and there's no real customer attention, despite the slogans. That lead to 40 employees losing their jobs as the bigger customers are leaving or shrinking their expenditures. The remaining employees are left in total chaos. Nobody gives directions and the junior are asked to make up their own processes and strategies.
