Pros

Efficient interview process. Can you be suckered?

Cons

They want professional attire despite being located above a McDonald's and with cardboard trash littering the stairwell. Music playing loudly in the lobby and their offer to you is to sell phones for commission. They blow lots of smoke. Any offer comming from 690 8th Ave under different names comes from the people working here.

Pros

Nice, friendly, and personable people

Cons

Okay, so, where do I even begin? I applied and interviewed for Associate Account Executive. During the interview process, they explain the company is tiered and the money you make is based off of what tier you're on at a given time. They use all these great catch phrases while interviewing like "Youll learn how to communicate effectively across a broad range of fields" or "You'll learn how to train and manage your own business" and "Learn how to market niche groups to get the best ROI". Its all very generic wording, like a smoke screen. On your first day, they make you show up in full business professional (which means me in a full suit), then 30 minutes later next thing I know theyre putting me on the subway to Flushing, Queens (the office is in Times Square) and told me we would be standing on the sidewalk corner until 6:30pm tabling people get them to sign up for phone plans, and our office title is "Authorized retailer". So they don't even tell you what your job is until you're there, and all you do is table and heckle people off the street to get them to sign up for phone plans or whatever client they have at the time. Think of all those annoying people in NYC going "Hey quick question for you! Come come" and following you while you say no or even ignoring them but they still try to get you over to their table... yea, thats gonna be you. 10 hours in a full suit standing on the corner of the sidewalk trying to get people to sign up for phone plans is NOT what I applied for.

Pros

Nothing. Horrible. You're on the sidewalk the whole day.

Cons

Everything. My partner was threatened when he couldn't make it to team night we were only informed on the day.
