      Pros

      Nice people who generally try to do whats right.

      Cons

      They don't really know what they are doing and they are very ineffective. They have a tendency to over complicate everything. They go off in lots of different directions, waste lots of time and money, and are very inefficient. There are no clients except for the parent company, which they pretend is a client.

      Pros

      Great company that respects family life. 90% of their marketing efforts are geared towards one company; so the stress of finding new business isn't present. Work environment is professional and the majority of the employees are great.

      Cons

      Really young managers with very little experience in digital marketing. Lots of meetings that seemed to spark more meetings. Systems and processes were over analyzed. Not a lot of trust with other managers and support staff. Goes through employees pretty fast.
