Customer loyalty was incredible. Most customers want to have a relationship with their banking team.
Other employees were great. Always some you like, and others you don't, but ultimately made it very hard to leave the company.

"Stay in your lane" mentality.
Not interested in long term employee goals.
The people are awesome . They were the best part of they job. The loyalty that was shown was incredible.

Upper management has a lot to learn. They believed they knew what to do in every situation and did not want to listen to people actually doing the job.
