Pros

Large company active in multiple states.

Cons

They don't value longtime (over 5 years) loyal employees. They don't bother to know what employees are actually working & what employees milk company time getting paid to walk around looking at cell phone taking unnecessary breaks over and above what is allowed, leaving others to do their work.

Pros

The leadership team at the state level on down to the budtenders are fantastic to work with. Just be aware that even at the local level, whatever needs to be executed is coming from people who have a questionable professional history at iAnthus as highlighted in the articles mentioned in the cons section.

Cons

I would strongly encourage you to do your research before applying for any position with iAnthus. It’s imperative that you fully understand what type of mismanagement and failed leadership is beyond the job listing. You can begin by searching for an article titled “iAnthus Delivers a Messy Report as Revenues Fall Amid Numerous Lawsuits.” This article alone clearly demonstrates the lack of business intelligence and accountability the C Suite and the Board has. Alleged outstanding expenses, alleged failure to report stock transactions as required by insider rules with the SEC, alleged unpaid taxes, numerous lawsuits… Is this the kind of leadership team and decision-makers you want to represent and work for? Need more research beyond this article? Check out the article titled “iAnthus Q1 Revenue Drops as Legal Woes Continue to Mount.” This article provides additional insight into the issues this company is experiencing at the upper echelon. You would also be wise to reach out to people that have worked for iAnthus within the last 6-9 months and get their insight. I can promise you the time invested into researching the current climate, lack of leadership, and questionable decision-making will save you a lot of headaches and regret in the long run. On the other hand, if you enjoy being told what to do, working for a C Suite and Board that will never provide their leadership team and their employees with clear direction, transparency, or any kind of strategy, then iAnthus is for you. If you enjoy not being able to give constructive feedback, being gaslit, and being dismissed as a subject matter expert, then iAnthus is for you. If you want to work in an environment without a culture, work for people who don’t value you as a person and an employee, then yes, iAnthus is for you.

Pros

Good Store Work Environment, Good Discount, Great Patients.

Cons

Anyone that works above market management does not care about anyone below them. They only care about dollar signs. The company morale was no existent. We were told if we had any issues where patients used profanity, threatened us to basically get thicker skin and NOT report it. Also if you EVEN ask questions about sales, or why we are doing something this way, they use that to fire you. If you are not for us you are against us mentality. I would not recommend working for this company at all. I would google them first and see the negative press first.
