If you want to work like slave you can choose this company because the seniors in the company are spooning excluding IOS department. because they have not updated with time so to save there jobs and specially i would say 50% of project managers are lier they will say you something to you and anything else about you to HR and other authorities. They will say something because there are no processes followed to complete a project and one project managers is like he will look after you again and again what are you doing where are you going if you have gone to washroom also he will message your senior where the person even he don't know about how project works 😂😂 and If you are designers and joining this company you should know they don't know meaning of Graphic and Ui Ux designer they will ask you to do both works and where your role does not matter. The most important thing is how much work you can do you should do. appreciation you will never ever get. I have worked in this organisation and i am happy to share i have left this one in my probation period because after probation in notice period they treat the worker too bad and make him sit as long as possible One positive thing is if you want to work in IOS team is great seniors are best there behavior is great you will learn lot of things. The man name tejinder is lead of IOS and in my opinion he is best team lead as he lead 30+ members IOS team.
