      Pros

      The company has great employees that care about what the company stands for and their customers. There is still some left of the startup feel and drive it had at the beginning of the company.

      Cons

      Management seems only busy with their parent organization that acquired them in 2015 and is unable to formulate and implement a clear company strategy. This is very much reflected in every day work. Toxic political culture with lots of finger pointing and blame games.

      - Young company with young people and fresh ideas - Growing like crazy, if you catch the train you will also - It is encouraged to take responsibilities and come with new ideas

      Cons

      Growth is your biggest nightmare as well as your biggest friend. - Like any start-up finally becoming a 'proper' company, there are challenges in standardizing processes. We don't always have the know-how, but are attracting the right people and are doing the things.
