Pros
Coworkers are great and there is a general vibe of community revolving around gamers. Office is gated so it is much more secure than my previous job
Cons
Management and leadership are ego driven and unprofessional. They are always snarky regarding deadlines. If I fail a deadline because of a last minute change then I get yelled at. But if they fail a deadline during a last minute change then Im supposed to cover for them otherwise its my fault.
