First off, ibrain always being sued. Messy work environment. Supplies and equipment everywhere. Therapists, teachers, other paraprofessionals are rude, selfish, lazy. Students are physically violent to paraprofessionals and does not get disciplined for their actions nor get reinforced. Change student's period diapers, feces, urine. There's no research. Just pure scam. Ibrain hiring anybody to work with these disabled students with no science background (car sales person, stripper, dog sitter, highschool drop out, etc). Ibrain uses Research Assistant in the job title as bait to hire uncertified nurses for less pay. Ppl there google tutorial videos on how to feed student's through g tube and other illegal things they are not medically certified to do. High turn over rate. Short staff in all departments. No training for new hires. New hires get thrown around to "shadow" a different student and their para each day and pick up the work themselves.

Do not work here for any reason. First and foremost, this is not a research institute by any means and you will not be assisting or conducting any type of research. If you want to be a para, look elsewhere. Checks are consistently late or bouncing. There is no training. You will be treated like you are expendable and consequently with no respect. Zero job security / is a revolving door. Safety and health violations galore (side note- we are in a pandemic and the CEO doesn’t wear a mask). No background checks upon employment and literal felons have been hired.
