Built on superstitious beliefs. CEO fixes meetings and enters office checking Rahukaal! If salary crediting day falls on Tuesday or Friday, you wont get your salary on that day! It is a pure family business. There are some bunch of people whose self respect is much below than indian poverty line, they act as ears and eyes of management and reports promptly on what staff are doing. People will even record what you talk here. Lol. They are pretty sure that people do not stick to this company for long, so they ask freshers (within 2 yrs of work ex) for their original mark cards and do not return it till the time they finish their probationary period that is around 2 yrs! CEO brags that he is from IIT. I still do not understand why does he brag about it because he doesnt to anything relevant to what he studied there, in ICMG. There are some instances where people left within a day! I wish I was that smart. All the positive reviews i guess are written by the CEO himself because 1) no sane person will write anything positive abt this company 2) management chelas do not know to write a good sentence in english. By the by, you are not an employee here, you are a consultant. No one will give you loans because the salary certificate is that authentic! Designation is name sake here. Once you are in you should do things from being a receptionist to office boy to sales n marketing to content writing to tele marketing to web design.
