      Pros

      None! This company is done and over with!!

      Cons

      They led us on to believe iCharts would get acquired by some big company like "Oracle" which we all knew was a lie! We received an email stating that we will not get paid on time due to "hard committed funds" only to find out a day later they let quite a few people go. There are now only 14 employees left. I give it another two weeks till iCharts shuts down completely! Corruption at it's finest! We were all warned, so we knew this would happen sooner than later. Kudo's to the heinous CEO, no one believed his lies! Awful company led by deceit, corruption, and lies!

      Dysfunctional Mess and Mgmt

      Pros

      Pay is decent and there is free parking but that's about it. They seem to try hard but is the end game to get bought at the cost of tweaking stats to make them look good to clients?

      Cons

      Mgmt from the sales side to the CEO is dysfunctional. One week might be that I /we are doing great, then we get slammed the next because the "board" is concerned. Sales team is under high pressure for selling a product that is so-so with the competition. A lot of turnover.

      Pros

      Everyone loves you when you close a few deals but instantly turn. Lunch was free for a while.

      Cons

      New Management that was brought in by far the most deceitful conniving manager I have ever worked with. I did absolutely love my job even though I was selling a product that never delivered.
