1)Management forces its existing employees to post positive review saying that because of their few unprofessional & unethical ex-employees rating has been come down & never thought why was such review posted.
2) Once you put down your papers you will be the enemy & they will starting troubling you in all the ways like not providing salary, variable pay & tries to block PF from withdrawing which shows their most unprofessional Behaviour.
3)They are least bothered about employees. For example: Most of the employees have problem with their PF(provident fund) as they have updated or mismatched wrong information about the employees which makes you struggle at the time withdrawal. Still the employees are struggling with the same problem.
