Let me start by thanking you for the feedback. Assuming you mean "Nothing at all" in pros, I would like to thank you for acknowledging that we have opportunities to improve in everything. We will certainly do it.
"the most unhealthy working environment," yet again, based on your feedback, we will try to start from scratch and shall try making it the healthiest work environment. Though, let me tell you a few facts - 1. "our current office is selected as one the best offices in the business towers for its ambiance, conducive work lighting, best and thoughtful furniture for sedentary work, and best-in-class coffee" [I am not sure if you are someone, who ever came to our office, but if you did, hope you will appreciate it too]. 2. Everyone is easily approachable, meaning that you can put a point or ask for assistance if you need any point in time. 3. The seniors are more than helpful, and sometimes they even help to the extent that they consider others' problems as theirs, so should someone need help/guidance, one can easily communicate 4. We prioritize "behavior" and "results" over "merits," "experience," and "sycophancy," so if you are someone who is bothered about the quality of your work, you will never face any issues. Overall, we believe that the work environment is good, but we will continue to improve it based on your feedback.
"Fickle minded management.. wonder how they get clients" - maybe because the Clients are also fickle-minded..like attracts like. The only reason why we get the Clients is that we value what they pay us for and deliver significant value in return. Many of our team members understand this concept and work diligently to keep "work" on the top priority.
"Take a break, study, do an alternative job but don't join this company. STAY AWAY." - Yes, please "STAY AWAY" if you consider that you are bigger than your work, you cannot understand and follow the directives of the company, you cannot bring out the desired outcome in the project even after sufficient industry experience and sufficient directions, you prioritize everything but work, you are not adaptable to new workplaces, you have never seen/faced "rejections", you join to pass time, you think you naturally become a professional by working in a company of bigger team, etc." Kindly STAY AWAY if you have any of these personality disorders.
"They'll destroy your idea of work ethics." – Yes, we will undoubtedly do if our idea of work ethics is superior to yours.
