      Pros

      Very caring company who balances the needs of the customers with the needs of the employees and the needs of the shareholders. Very approachable management team that are involved with the day to day. People work hard and care about each other.

      Cons

      The nature of the industry - ups and downs. Sometimes staffing is lean. If the expectation of working hard is a con to you then its a con.

      I think the pros were the people mainly my boss. She was amazing! Very understanding, she explained things when they needed explaining and she was a very hands on boss! I loved for working for her

      Pros

      Good place to work at I really enjoyed my time there. I was there for many years and feel this management team they currently have in place is ethical, smart, and fun to work with. They really upgraded their technology team (old team was very average) and sales strategy.

      Cons

      Long hours but it was worth it. They're fair and always let you find time for family events.
