Pros

- not employee friendly at all - employees are as good as machines - constant insult from managers - progress depends on your report with seniors and not your work - people will put you down for their own gain - all old employees left & management least bothered - toxicity and negativity is in the air of idigitalise - fake promises are done to clients and new joinees - clients and employees now leaving one after the other

Some good brands on board. Nothing else is good

-treat you like a prince when you join their company -good projects -good for fresher's only

-A lots of politics -employee have no value - No Financial growth - they expect you to work more than 12 hrs -no personal life. if you are stepping into this agency, pls forget that your life exists. - Your seniors will waste a lot of time doing their things - behave good with employee only for their benefits but once the wok is done they take employee for granted. - Two month notice period ( no company will wait for you in future. - Managers with zero work knowledge - if you resign they are not feel bad even if you work hard for them - owner just think about money from clients and less bother about their employees. - when you join they take your mobile and add fake review ( 5 star and good things about company )
