Pros

Is it because of the new "BEL" that's has started to ring, what ever the reviews given below are not from ifocus employees but it looks like the left and right of CEO (Lord of IT)....

Cons

:) 1. Career Opportunities :- There is no career for any , then how come opportunities? 2. Compensation & Benefits:- The Day you are out from Client billing you will be compensated with a letter from ANGRY BIRD.(LO--- of HR). 3. Work/Life Balance :- Should work like a donkey and see that all the LORDS pockets should be filled. No Life for employees only for the LORDS. 4. Senior Management :- 0/5 $$$$$$ running behind Money. 5. Culture $ Values :- Culture is sent to Lab for Testing the Values.

"Working with Ifocus for more than 3 years significantly understandable about the career opportunities we provide to our employees. If the matter with HR and career opportunities with us is stringent or limited anybody would not work in an organisation for 3 years."

Pros

Are you kidding me GlassDoor?? Asking me to give Pros for this company????A company who is nearly blacklisted as a 3rd class consultancy agency and not a technology company. You are for sure...to be rejected from companies like careernet, magna and big vendors because they all know what type of so called company this is.

Cons

1. The day you come to bench you will come to know that you you no longer are an asset, you turn to be a liability. 2. They will start telling that '' WE CAN'T AFFORD YOU NOW " . Oh come on, for sure you can't afford good, working employees for one or two months. YOU CAN ONLY AFFORD THOSE GUYS FOR 10 MONTHS WHO are close to management people. 3. you will feel better sitting in roadside than as compared to sitting in this small military hotel like office. 4.There is a SELF PROCLAIMED CEO NAMED VISHWANATH RUMALE who considers himself as the GOD of IT industry but doesnot has the qualities of being a clerk.Highly unprofessional behaviour, poor communication skills, lacks leadership like qualities, makes castles in the air.The day he joined the company the company has seen the growth in reverse exponential form.He begs for people to stay in company just to get billing out of people. 5.other people like the client account managers are just soldiers in chess game, they will move when they are said to, cant apply their own knowledge. Just a disgrace to the company. 6.Head count of the company in 2014 was crossing 300, in 2016 now the headcount if we include staff members, floor attendants etc will be around 100. this makes some sense. 7. They will make you cry like anything when you are on bench, they will try their level best to simulate situations so that you will put down your papers , and in next spur of moment they will relieve you immediately ( because they saved the 2 month money they were supposed to give you when you no longer are helpful to them)

"We are globally known as offshore technology development centre. We are not a consultancy in housing 250+ employees. As an organisation we look for a productive workforce. There is no reason for the management to have an unskilled employee for 10 months in the bench as you stated because they are friendly or whatever the reason might be while letting go of a highly skilled employee. An employee can be a part of the organisitaion for his lifetime when he has the skill to deliver irrespective of any organisation for the matter of fact."

Pros

Got salary on time thats it

Cons

Highly unstable very risky company to work for, They fire very frequently without giving reasons. I have hardly see people on bench, They hire the candidate saying that you will be deployed to client location, Once project is over and client sends you back home, they will call you for some meeting and they will fire. HR Management is so mean and unprofessional they behave very rudely. They dont have any internal projects just everything depends upon the client. Initially they say client projects are for long duration but i dont know somehow it will get over in 6 months. You never learn anything here completely because of this consultancy projects. When they put the candidate to client location you will be on your own neither clients care for you nor these people. This is like a consultancy where they hire for some client with short duration projects. At i focus office you dont have any facilities ABSOLUTELY ZERO!! - No Parking Facility- No Facility for car parking at all, Your bike will be on the road always we park it on footpath. Doesn't feel like company. No Coffee or Tea machine- This is such a small company where coffee or tea you will get it only once that too some cheap outside tea guy will come and give. . No comfortable chairs, Only one meeting room for entire office. For lunch you should rely on some Darshani. No cafeteria and no place to sit and have lunch. If you work evening hours you dont get any facility its so frustrating. Life is so unprofessional at iFocus . Friends dont join such small useless consultancy and spoil your life. I strongly recommend think many times before you join this. I did mistake which i never repeat. All the best..

"We would want to understand the logic behind your comment passed on the organisation. If the hiring rate is proportional to the firing rate you would not have worked with us for 3 years. There is no reason to retain employees on the bench for a longer course like 3 years. As we have strict HR policies enforced in the organisation we don’t fire any resource as you mentioned."
