Pros
First class equipment, lots of miles, great maintenance program. Dispatcher are generally good once you get them trained to your preferences.
Cons
The pay is lower than most others but the company culture tends to make up for it. However, they really need to revisit their rates and what is/is-not paid time to be competitive. A new rate went into place in Feb 2022 and is already lagging behind other companies. I fear we may lose those that are solely money-driven.
