Toxic working environment and poor management

Pros

Small company, so you get to know everybody in the company

Cons

Product cannot compete in the market. Poor quality. Poor management. Micromanagement. Low salary and you don't get any benefits. They always promise things in the first place but can't keep the promises: commission, salary raise, etc. Employees are treated terribly. It's really hard to grow in this kind of company. You won't get any support: you have to beg for budgets, working material, business travel, management software/tools.

Pros

Digital Health care and telemedicine still has huge opportunities and there are still some good people who are at least trying to do some good but they always end up getting frustrated and leaving or stop trying. There are different arms of iHealth labs (Singapore, Europe and China) they all act very independent, this is solely for the US iHealth.

Cons

No real Management, always finding the blame in someone else. This trickles down to the employees where no one will take any responsibility. Decisions are made from the China office and they are heavily staffed from the "parent company" instead of hiring skilled workers form here. High turnover and culture and unkept promises (especially during hiring) are the main reasons. Hour long meetings and it looks like a room of mannequins...all buy in has been lost or worn out or english is not their language.
