      Pros

      Reasons I love my job? The people (we actually like one another), the culture (it's fun and supportive), the leadership (there's transparency and accountability), the benefits (flexible work schedules mean never missing time with my family). Everyone's voice is heard at iHire. People care about one another and share a common goal and vision.

      Pros

      The leadership team at iHire is simply amazing. They really create an amazing work environment that is flexible and caters to your own work style. It's really like a family.

      Cons

      Honestly...there aren't very many. It's a growing company, and with that comes a few growing pains. iHire has been really great about addressing those pain points and staying on top of employee's concerns.
