- flexible WFH policy - free snack, coffee - good business direction

Cons

- gradually decreasing benefits for employees, including delayed yearly travel, movie tickets, etc, that are listed on the recruitment benefits. - will ask employees to share events on social media for its PR - keep losing senior talents - poor equipment like Macbook pro 13' 2016, 128G (even Mac mini 2013 before that), that cause many employees to just use their own laptops - low bonus generally
