      Asking Employees for Positive Reviews

      Pros

      There are none, I promise you this job is not worth it. You can make more money serving part time. I left for a new job in early 2023 but my old co workers have told me they have been asked to post positive reviews here for the company.

      Cons

      . No work from home, when asked why “because the owner says Elon Musk doesn’t let his workers work from home.” . 2.5% commission on self developed accounts but there is nothing that isn’t already in the system because they have tons of people harassing potential customers constantly so you will get 1.5% on everything. On top of that you will get a commission pull. Get ready to make less than 45k. . The products don’t work and they have no interest in fixing them. The competition is light years ahead in terms of technology and they just repackage the same device in a different shell. . They spend no money on advertising and you do all the prospecting but are given ZERO tools. The CRM doesn’t work and you will be prospecting on Instagram 90% of the time. . The game is to get you in to drive leads and make the work life balance so terrible you quit. Then they can take that account and pass it to the next guy who only gets half the commission to work the account. Rinse and repeat.

      The company has continued to grow and upgraded its CRM system in 2023 that all employees had to go through additional training. All policies are reviewed every year, including those that govern the sales process.

      The employee in this position did not part ways with the company on good terms due to various issues related to his performance and his comments should not be looked at in terms of assessing the company overall in how it relates to its entire workforce.

      Fair pay, bad leaders!

      Pay is fair and good, parking, snacks if your hungry, free covid tests

      Cons

      owners are cool but they dont care about you, dont communicate and everyone's job can get taken in a moment, NO culture, people get fired all the time for very little, everyones replaceable, very strict on hours worked- you can work all the overtime but are introuble if you leave 30 min early, benefits arent great no 401k, no life insurance, very little vacation

      iKrusher is a deadline and results driven organization with strict KPI's and performance metrics for each of the departments. The company's benefits structure is always being reviewed and it continues to evolve over time with changes or additions.
