Pros

Company has potential if they had more forward thinking and professional management. Work culture is ok, most do not engage or they just go through the motions.

Cons

In my opinion, there are multiple underlying problems that are kept hidden and ignored by upper management. Gossipy behavior in front of other employees about other employees that I heard and witnessed created tensions and distrust. I witnessed favoritism and bullying by management. Legitimate complaints made to managers were marginalized or dismissed which sent a clear message to the rest of us to keep quiet. It negatively affected work performance and created fear and anger. It forced many employees out. Turnover rate is sky high. Mandatory overtime as salaried employees created an impossible work life home family balance especially with small children.

Pros

Wellness benefits are good. Nothing other than that.

Cons

Do not give time to use wellness benefits. Makes employees as slaves. Very fraud business. First impression itself shows that an employees wants to run out of that environment. Only the non-professionals works there.

Pros

None, in my opinion.

Cons

From my first day I knew this company was not a great place to work. While I was there I witnessed a great deal of unprofessionalism, such as nepotism, constant gossiping from directors, and harassment. I was not respected and received what I believed was inappropriate behavior from one of the higher ups toward me. The environment reminds me of a boys club and the office culture has a backwards mentality. The company likes to say they are "progressive" and up to date, but in reality their mindset is stuck in the 50s. I had a higher up tell me that women like to be led if that gives you any idea. Turnover is high and employees are left in the dark. Every day that I came into this office I was constantly on edge because many of the directors are loose cannons. For example, I once received an on the spot performance review and was not told what was happening until I was sat down because the managers felt like "I needed it". If you respect yourself please do not take a job within this company.
