      Pros

      Good work ethics and HR Management seems interested in exploring internal pitches good conditions Everyone is super nice Management is very transparent

      Cons

      Lack of long-term investment in internal projects means no fallback when a contract fails. Had to let go of a large group of employees (me included) because they relied on a single client Internal project pitches and prototypes develop super slowly

      Staff is amazing with welcoming you Opportunities to shine with tasks outside of your role (Work experience to gain) Some of the best people you will meet, passionate and kind hearted people. Activities, game nights, social activities between teams or departments. Management listens to your struggles and tries to take action. Management allows you to pursue career elsewhere with open arms

      Low salary, no bonusses, below industry standards with all departments No on boarding, No processes or documentation established beforehand in QA Under staffed with all projects specially in management Workload is not balanced between employees leaving some employees having to compensate by working more
