Freshers can learn some CAD stuff mostly drafting and little modelling.

Cons

All they care about companies money, main priority is to how to save money cutting employees salaries and getting more work done from them. Low salaries. Very low hike. No Incentives. No proper infrastructure. Management policies not defined clearly.

Management poor in decision making, Salary hike pre decided doesn't depend on ones performance No bonus No work life balance due to over load and no incentives or overtime pay. No canteen
