Pros

Well, now, there's some good ol' co-workers in this company, bless their hearts. And the product seems to be mighty fine, too. And feature rollouts just keep comin' down the pike all the time, like a hound on a rabbit trail.

Cons

CEO's got a mighty big God complex. The whole company culture is dictated by him, and people are just tiptoein' around tryin' not to get the axe. It's just downright toxic, and there ain't no transparency when it comes to people gettin' terminated - the whole sales team up and left with no explanation from the man himself other than "it's not a company problem, it was a group of individuals causing problems." And don't even get me started on the pay - it's lower than a snake's belly in a wagon rut compared to the industry standard. Can’t say enough negative things about this company. Oh and when you’re off work, coming back, expect to be busting your tail to get caught up as if you didn’t take your PTO.

Pros

Some benefits , PTO, and company still young.

Cons

As an employee at iLife Technologies , I experienced a terrible time due to the CEO's dictatorial leadership style . The lack of recognition or rewards for hard work contributed to feelings of burnout and stress among employees. Additionally, there was a pervasive fear of being terminated for no reason if the CEO did not like you. This work environment negatively impacted my well-being and I am glad I am no longer part of this organization.

Pros

Decent salary, some good people. Product could turn into something great. Remote work environment.

Cons

Constant fear for your job, long hours, no recognition. Management rules with an iron fist. Culture of fear and intimidation. If you don't stay in line, you're cut. If management doesn't like you, you're cut. They have a decent product, but the culture will impede the company from reaching real success. Additionally, the communication among departments is nonexistent.
