      Pros

      - The industry (military/aerospace) is one of the more exciting ones that I have worked in. - Colleagues here are warm and welcoming, really strong sense of team. - New management has been hands-on and transparent with me so far!

      Cons

      - The building is brand new, so there's been some slight growing pains this month as people adjust.
