The majority of the mid to senior level managers are contractors. There is no way to grow because they keep the opportunities to themselves. The level of politics is unbelievable. Egos run the company. There is no structure or process for growth. There is no process at all. Not even for the most business critical topics. Tooling is completely disconnected from Business, they follow their own agenda. For a company that says Experience is Everything, the employee experience is completely ignored.
