      Healthy working environments, Acute focus on employee upskilling, Rewarding employees for investing in themselves, Acute focus on employee wellbeing.

      Cons

      I can't think of any, I enjoy everything in our company. We are a contracting company providing services to clients so you should be willing to work in this kind of environment where you could be moved between clients. Not everyone likes this. Some prefer stable positions in one working environment for 10+ years

      Work with great projects under good leadership.

      Cons

      Most project might take a few years to complete so you don’t move as much. But at least they are fun projects like I said.
