Pros
This job is very customer based which isn't a bad thing because entertainment is a LOT different to retail. You don't deal with customer complaints unless they have a bad experience which they rarely do. The only times there's major stressors are when groups show up late and mess up the scheduling or puzzles break- most of the time both of those are an easy fix.
Cons
It's a weekend job, most of saturday, more than half of sunday- and holidays
