Pros

At time of giving offer letter, HR says the salary given to every employee is higher than any company offer in Ahmedabad.

Cons

But salary structure is bogus. Management is good at creating story. They just say that every company has same structure. But this is wrong. Every employee knows that every company has structure like CTC, Take Away, Incentives, Gratuity. But this IPatientcare has improper salary structure. They first divide our own salary in various parts, and then you will find that your own salary is converted into Incentives. And you will get surprise when you will find that your own salary will not be paid to you at end. And during performance evaluation meetings, even if Lead has given best feedback, HR say that, these are the tasks which are expected from you. You are supposed to deliver even more than this. The reality is that HR and Top Manager or CEO, do not want to give any amount at end which was promise in starting. IPatientCare do not has any formula which can measure how employee has done job in last year. HR play role of puppet always, and they are best at that.

Pros

You have a chance to stay motivated always. Management team and CEO always have good encouraging words to share. CEO always help to create bigger dreams and get paid more during appraisals.

Cons

CEO and Management is making everyone fool. You don't get paid what you are mentioned. They have created a worst structure of salary where they divide your salary in 3 parts. And finally from your entire 100% salary, everyone will get 70% of amount every month, 10% of amount you get after you complete 12 months, and remaining 20% amount you get after you complete 13 months. This 3rd type of amount is called PLIP, which management says you get based on your performance. But after a year during year end, from that 20% everyone will get only partial amount even if you have done the best job. iPatientCare doesn't have any performance measurement things, they just assume your performance and disagree to full amount. And now iPatientCare company has sold out to AssureCare. So there is a new management. But still, entire decisions and illusions are created by former CEO, so salary structure still remains the same.
