      iPower Softwares is an amazing place to work. While working there you will feel comfortable enough to ask any question or doubts to a person of any level there without any hesitation and everyone will be ready to help in anyway they can.

      Cons

      I personally have never faced any negative factor while working with the employeer.

      Always working on latest technology - got opportunity to learn technology and apply new ideas without any pressure. Can work Freely. Company has steady growth based on product development. Enjoying work.

      Cons

      Company has 7-8 developers team - but since it's product based development - this much strength is good enough.

      Pros

      At iPower Softwares, there's best environment to work where you will enjoy working all time. They use latest technology in their all work. Team is best, good management as well.

      Cons

      Company is still growing so there's some rough infrastructure but I hope it'll be upto level in next few months.
