Pros

Leadership respects each employee as an individual. You are given opportunities to work on challenging projects with great teammates and get the feeling that you are part of an organization that really cares about "the team".

Cons

The end of the year gets a little hectic like most businesses, however senior leadership knows and understands the stress employees can be under at this time - they always go above and beyond to provide support at any cost.

The autonomy to get your daily and weekly job(s) completed. Flexible schedule with remote working if needed for appointments or illness. Great boss who is helpful if you need it. A lot of experience gained here. Good PTO and benefit plans
