To start with, the company is run by people who are only concerned about minting money. In terms of business sense, a grocery store owner could be considered better as he foresees future developments. In a nutshell, the founders in the name of research want to turn the company into a database selling organization and implement automation to bring in a BPO culture. The 'Research' should be dropped from the name. In terms of people handling key positions, well either you are their favorites or out of the company in no time. People good with manipulation are offered faster growth and hard workers are utterly crushed or pressurized to make them leave. Ultimately if you are looking for growth and are not good in terms of pleasing someone, iResearch may not be the right place for you.

You work like a slave and help them make thousands but during appraisal what you get is just a penny. Manager's will promise you to get good appraisal but when the time comes they raise their hands up blaming the management for poor appraisal.
