      Work from home and Good Coworkers

      The main people in charge are tanking the company and refuse to change despite constant warning signs. They believe outsourcing work will deliver a better product and save money, it is not. There is no room to work your way up in this company and they expect you to do many things.

      Remote work with flexible hours and a great team! This was my first full-time job in social media and it was a great starting point.

      Cons

      Pay is small and they tend to promote based on the time someone has been there rather than how good someone is at their job.
