Pros

It's a great product, the people were nice enough for the most part, and there were some nice perks.

Cons

The egos of upper and middle-management were out-of-control... every week there was some type of panic about something. Hired some people who were not correct for the environment.

Pros

Used to be one of the best environments to work in. The energy was great and your co-workers used to be super smart.

Cons

Used to be is the key word here. Now it is only a shell of it's former self. Now the only constant at iRise are layoffs, they always seem to be round the corner.

Pros

Smart folks across the board and a cool transformational technology.

Cons

Times are a changing. iRise is no longer the lone soldier at the top of the heap. They need to be willing to evolve their strategy, messaging, and pricing to stay in the game. They also need a real enablement program to keep software from becoming shelfware. To create stickiness you need more than just product training. Their stubbornness and "know it all" attitude will keep them from being profitable.
