Pros

There are no pros to working at iSenpai.

Cons

Micromanager of an owner. Tempermental and unprofessional behavior from the owner. Questionable business ethics. Attempts to force employees to sign nasty non-disclosure agreement. Personal vendettas against employees by the owner.

Pros

The only pro is that the company has good intentions.

Cons

But the company also has very poor management and execution of those intentions. I would ask a potential employee if they were willing to put up with all the things many others have in regards to the leadership of iSenpai. Employee concerns are ignored or glossed over with promises of things to come. Leaders do not trust their employees. Overall I would hold off and look elsewhere.

Pros

Pro: they put $166.67 a month into your HSA.

Cons

The owner is the most unprofessional person you will ever work with. You will spend more time putting out the flames he created than growing professionally. Owner blames everyone around him instead of executing his own responsibilities. He inappropriately speaks negatively about any employee or business partner to anyone that will listen, tarnishing peoples professional reputations. There’s no organization and a bowl full of empty promises in which he never intends to fulfill, but uses these promises as short term solutions to get what he wants. The positive reviews for this company must be written by employees who have never exchanged a word/had a single interaction with the owner. Every single point of failure in this company comes back to him.
