-environment where you can grow and advance - exciting business (casino games) - decent collective that integrates new employees

Cons

- very few proffesional trainings - extremely chaotic - local management extremely amateurish - the local manager has no idea how to manage people except "PUSH! PUSH! PUSH!" - procedures are not respected - especially by management - but when something happens they suddenly remember that they exist - non-transparent salary raises and salary grids - people being hired based on connections in the company and not actual skills - same people who later cannot be fired even if the weakest in the department and better employees being fired in their stead.

The company is trying to reform, but change should come from the inside.

Cons

Very high personnel turnover - more than 10 people have left the company within the last year. The working style is chaotic and random, people don't speak up for fear of retaliation from the HR, there is no communication among peers, and all things are done from top to bottom, without consideration for the actual employees. Strict working hours.
