Hello, thank you for your review of iSoftStone's worldwide services/crowd-sourced positions. One of the benefits of working online is that you are able to build your own hours and create a flexible schedule that fits your needs and essentially go at your own pace. We're sorry to hear that there was a lack of communication around the guidelines for the tasks you were completing. To put it in perspective, our online crowdsourcing pool is made up of around 30,000+ individuals. As you can imagine, sometimes there can be gaps in communication, which is something we are continually looking to improve. In general, we try to make our online jobs as self service as possible by providing all the documentation and letting individuals understand the requirements and go at their own pace. Ultimately crowdsourcing is a great fit for some wanting more flexibility but it is not necessarily a good fit for everyone.
