Pros

Most liked thing about working in this company is very open/free culture and hassle free environment. Management is also very supportive and encourage to do your best. It means really a lot!

Cons

No cons really as everything was so good!

Variety of projects + No pressure of working hours + Very friendly Environment + No Bonds & No strict rules...

Cons

There are no cons really. It's just that I got better opportunity but I'm missing my iSquare Days badly.

Great Learning Experience

Pros

I worked there for like 3 years and unfortunately, I need to move somewhere else otherwise I loved every moment working at iSquare. Flexible timing, no pressure and very friendly environment. Owner is always supportive. What else is needed? I really had a great learning experience there.

Cons

Sometimes it becomes hectic due to client demands but management handles it very well.
