- High salary - sss, hdmf, philhealth - hr/ accounting were responsive - IT support were responsive - my teammates were very professional and i like them a lot
Cons
- overall benefits were way too low - whenever something happened or someone was kicked out of the company, someone from the hr/ accounting visit's the that person's former teammates to talked about that person— making the 'confidential matter' as a casual topic. Everyone in the room can hear it, even those who were not part of the project. This is confidential matter which should not be disclosed publicly, and that person from hr/ accounting was doing that just for the sake of gossip. Very unprofessional. - upon orientation (actual 1st day at work), the newly hired employees were asked to RATE and give 5 stars to Isupport on Glassdoor and job search sites — what a fake rating, in exchange for some freebies. - the company doesnt know how to take care of employees. - the clients are the worse.
