Healthy work environment Best work life balance no pressure do your job and no one to question you no micro management A place for real hardworkers not for procrastinators
Cons
I dont think there are any cons as of now Not a big company but you can make great amount of money only if you are a go getter If you wish to have a career this is not for you coz you remain a recruiter even if you have decades of experience So, if you want a career not for you but if you want good money with a work life balance then this is for you
