I wish I never worked here

Pros

Office is kind nice. A good seating area. Free water. Sometime you get free lunch if the CEO is happy that day.

Cons

If I get a wish, I wish I never worked here. The company is definitely in decline. The CEO is the founder who sold the company years ago. The company doesn't produce meaningful products. CEO is making everyone work on something to receive money from the parent company. The product and services they offer are so outdated that they wish customers forget the fees they are still paying. They like to hire international students with the illusion of getting a green card, but they just want to suppress their pay. Google their salary, and you will see. The company is 70% female and mostly are young international graduates. The CEO decides on hiring. CEO's reputation is questionable. Google his name, and there is plenty of news online.

Pros

iTalk is a company that encourages cross-learning and contributing beyond the standard role description. The culture is very familial. Easy to find opportunities to provide value.

Cons

Schedule can be erratic, due to meetings at night periodically with teams in China.
