      there is just one pros about this company is how to disrespect you and how to maintain online image. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND SAVE YOUR CAREER!!!!!!!

      If you are a female and reading this stay away from this company. Bad management and lot of disrespect from top level management and harassment. Zero commitments and zero accountability of your career. and fake promises are made that never completed and the company are strictly follows the 6 month cycle for employees that means remove interns every 6months and replace with new interns and company expects that intern should know everything since day one. salary and stipend is below average. and you will face lot of harassment from top level management specially if you are female and also public humiliation is big problem in this company and top level management play dirty office politics. zero work life balance. you will do not learn anything because there is no one experience in the company all the employees have only 1 year max experience because company replace employees and interns every 6 months. hope you read this before joining the company and save your career. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND SAVE YOUR CAREER!!!!!!!

      I would like to share my genuine experience working with this company. First of all, the leadership here is truly commendable. The CEO is very humble, approachable, and supportive. He not only focuses on business growth but also makes sure that employees feel valued and motivated. His vision and guidance clearly reflect in the company’s progress and positive work culture. The company is highly client-focused. They give strong importance to understanding client requirements and delivering quality work on time. Because of this, clients trust the company and maintain long-term relationships, which is a big achievement in today’s competitive market. Talking about the work environment, it is very friendly, flexible, and professional at the same time. The work culture is positive, healthy, and respectful, which makes it comfortable to work here for the long term. Team members are cooperative, and management is always ready to listen and support. It’s a good place to learn new skills and grow in your career. Also, salaries are paid on time, which adds to the reliability of the company. One of the most important things I would like to highlight is the safety and comfort provided to female employees. The company takes women’s safety very seriously. They ensure a respectful environment and provide proper support, which makes female employees feel secure and confident while working here. The company has an Internal POSH committee and system in place with an external member, two female members, and one male member. The CEO is not part of this committee, which ensures fairness, transparency, and an unbiased environment. Overall, this is a great organization with strong leadership, a client-first approach, and a positive and safe workplace for everyone. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and employee-friendly company.

      Toxic Workplace, Harassment Issues, and Disrespectful Management

      This is one of the most toxic workplaces I have experienced. The environment is hostile, stressful, and mentally exhausting. Leadership, especially at the top, creates a culture of fear where employees are regularly criticized, singled out, and humiliated in front of others. There are serious concerns about how female employees are treated, with behavior that often feels inappropriate and deeply uncomfortable, including mental harassment. Instead of support or professionalism, there is intimidation and a clear abuse of power. Job security is practically nonexistent, and decisions often seem arbitrary. Employees are made to feel disposable, and speaking up can make the situation worse. There is also reason to question the authenticity of some positive reviews, as they do not reflect the reality experienced by many employees. Overall, this company fosters a damaging work environment where respect, safety, and fairness are lacking. I would strongly caution anyone, especially women, before considering joining. If you are a female and reading this, run away from this company. The top management’s behavior toward women is deeply concerning and creates an unsafe and uncomfortable work environment.
