      Pros

      The Management Team has a good focus towards ESB and Analytics domain and hires employees ranging from Intern to Senior developers . The employees who join will get good online trainings and will be made sure they work the best once outsourced to Client location.

      Cons

      As a developer i dont see any cons about the company in term of salaries offered or from the Management Team

      Company culture is open and friendly CEO is always ready to discuss ideas and provides wise advice Opportunities to challenge yourself to learn Accessible and great location

      Great for people who enjoy independent work, not for those who like teamwork, unless you're working at the client's location where the team dynamics may be different
