      Pros

      Incredibly supportive and collaborative team, with extensive opportunities to learn about a huge number of services. Leadership is very supportive and care for your well being. There is a culture of collaboration across different departments so one gets to learn about the big picture and the whole business.

      Cons

      Work is ongoing to add some rungs to the ladder, which is awesome to see and would be a welcome addition.

      -Good collaborative team culture -Team leads and manager are approachable and willing to help -Great initial and continuous learning opportunity -Company Retreat is lots of fun

      Cons

      -Salary is a bit lower than other similar companies and raises are lower -Teams are a bit siloed and delayed, takes a while for other teams to respond -Work can get very busy and fast, can be overwhelming for newcomers
