Pros
Made some friends and travelled a bit, my first break after leaving the armed forces.
Cons
Never started one project that was fully scoped. Always went over budget as a result. Management, particularly the CEO was not truthful about the company finances. They struggled to pay the employees. If you come across them or any sister company, avoid like the plague.

Being a small company you get numerous opportunities to work on, got a rapid fast promotion and salary increment in 1 year
Cons
Non-experienced middle level management with no consulting business experience, holding the company ransome to their whims and fancy leading to the downfall of the company ultimately making them go in to administration
