Lure employees over with frequent gifts so that CEO can feel better about himself.

Cons

Management has no concept of constructive feedback. Instead of one-on-one feedback, they call out the person on team and client calls. CEO is insecure and in constant need of attention and admiration.

iTrellis is a great company to work for where employees aren't just another number in the system. Management cares about each and every person not only relating to on the job issues but also in terms of personal life and career development.

Cons

- Have to pay out of pocket to park at Seattle office - Primary office is in Seattle, would be nice if an east-side option was available - Pay not always up to current industry levels
