The management doesn't understand They make fake promises They just keep lying Their HR portal is a disaster They never respond on time, you might be dying and they won't care They don't even pay for travel when you move after promising They don't provide any benefits and never will. They will only respond or contact when they want something They will never review your profile if you want a raise after the probation period and will do anything to keep your money

Don't Join them they try to scam OPT students and offshore recruiters they don't pay salaries and incentives.

Cons

No salaries on time no incentives at all for offshore recruiters the manager in offshore is very cunning fellow he treats employees as slaves he don't have any moral values.
