      We can approach easily to higher authorities. They have flexible timings. They have nice office environment. They have prompt Salary payment

      Cons

      very very less pay. No where comparable with the competitors. They do very low end technology work. Seating arrangement at client place is "the worst". Once join in the company they don't bother much about the employees comfort.

      This company is hiring employees and sell them to others at higher rates without informing them correctly. Culture is very bad. HR treat to employees as slaves. HR department don't have right people. The one of HR person was a tour guide. no HR practice in this company. Management and owner is Indian . They keeping Indian bad culture at the company. no career growth. no transparency . good for Indians. Their company websites sold Winter Jackets before. now they are showing as a IT company. They don't know how to treat people at all. Don't join and Don't give your CV to this fake company
